Buenos Aires

How is it that time goes so fast?

Dave and I spent the last few days wandering around different areas of Buenos Aires soaking it all in.  One of my favorite ways to explore a place is to go get lost for a while.  It is a really good thing that Dave also enjoys it too!

We took a tango lesson in an very cool, old, wooden club/hall where we spent the entire time walking in a circle, attempting to not crash into the 50 other people who were doing the sstop thing. I couldn't stop laughing at how ridiculous we probably all looked, but it was incredibly fun.

We met up with an Argentinian friend last night after an incredible dinner out, who took us to a very cool place in the Palermo area.  It was one of those places where you had to have the inside scoop on or else you would never, ever know it was there. It was a fantastic evening.

A true Pittsburgher!

So, after 3 hours of sleep, I had to drag myself out of bed, say goodbye to Dave (who is flying back home tonight), and catch my 8:30am flight to Peru where I am meeting Mom, who arrives late tonight. We will be spending the next month exploring the Amazon, Cusco, Macchu Picchu, the Sacred Valley, and the Galapagos.

  1. Hi,
Is that a hole in your black shirt or is it a tango shirt finger hole?
    Love,
